Mops
When evaluating traditional janitorial companies, do they ever ask you where your water source is? That's because they use traditional mops. Traditional mops need water. You tell us if this will keep your floors clean:
Step 1: Fill bucket full of water and soap
Step 2: Submerge traditional mop into bucket
Step 3: Remove wet mop and wipe dirty floor
Step 4: Submerge dirty mop into bucket
Step 5: Remove dirty mop from dirty bucket
Step 6: Wipe dirty floor with dirty mop
Step 7: Submerge dirty mop into dirty bucket
Step 8: Repeat steps 5-7 until floor is clean
This doesn't make sense to us either. That's why we don't use traditional mops. No buckets, no dirty water, no dirty mops, means clean floors. How do we do it? That's a trade secret we'd prefer not to reveal here. Give us a call. We'd love to explain. :)
Wax
Ever had your floors waxed? Of course! You have to wax your floors regularly in order to keep them looking nice. Particularly if you mop them with dirty water that scratches the wax off. Since we don't do that, we don't have to wax your floors as often to have them looking nicer than they ever have before. Your floors last longer and cost you less to maintain. Oh, and by the way, we use an environmentally friendly wax that has less odor, lasts longer, shines brighter, applies easier, and dries faster. Other than that, it's just like traditional wax. ;)
Cleaners
"Green" cleaners. Lots of companies claiming to use those. Just because it has "green" on the label, doesn't make it an environmentally friendly cleaner. Our eco-preferable cleaners provide powerful cleaning action. All while reducing your exposure, and the environments', to harsh chemicals. Our products are developed in partnership with the EPA and are Green Seal™ certified. And since they're healthier for the planet, they're healthier for your family and employees.
Service
Having a dependable service requires a big commitment to you, the customer. Anyone can sign you up for service and figure out the easiest, fastest, cheapest way to keep your business for as long as possible until you get fed up enough to switch... again! But sometimes you're trapped because many of our competitors require signed contracts for a year or more. Our contracts are month to month so we have to earn your trust every day in order to keep it. If we're not doing the job, we simply don't deserve your business. Each of our customers gets the personal service of their own Quality Control Representative who stays close, making sure your facilities are kept clean.
